Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit of $100 will be taken on pickup, and returned to you (The Hirer) on drop off providing the equipment is returned as per the terms and conditions of hire. 

Cleaning: If equipment rented requires extra cleaning due to excess dirt or wear (above normal usage) a cleaning fee of $100 will be withheld from the refundable deposit.

Damages: Cost of Repairs to any damage incurred during hire will be charged to the credit card/debit card supplied at the time of booking.

Liability: You (the hirer) agree to indemnify River City Rentals for all injury and/or damage caused to persons and property in relation to the Equipment and its operation and have adequate insurance to cover all liabilities incurred as a result of the use of the Equipment.
